Happy Mother's Day!

This was my first Mother's Day as a mom, and it was such a wonderful day. 

My little angel woke me up at 6:45, but I didn't even care...I love waking up to her sweet smile :). 

Josh watched Ava so I could go to brunch with my girlfriends for our first "Second Sunday Brunch," and it was delicious. Luckily, after having a few mimosas and eating way too much, I came home just in time for Ava's nap time and got to take a nap of my own. 

Josh also did a great job in the Mother's Day gift department. He got me this awesome pop-up card...

And a Kindle!

I also got a sweet card from Gary and Betsy as well as some beautiful flowers from my Mimi. 

 But the best part of my day by far was all the snuggle time with Ava.
